All children must be accompanied by responsible adult who must remain in the building and supervise children at all times.
Kingdom Come does not accept responsibility for supervision of children in the centre.
For every four children in a group there must be one responsible adult.
Kingdom Come is a strictly no smoking venue.
Age restrictions as follows: Large play structure to be used for children up to 12 years. Small structure to be used by children up to 4 years. Adults are permitted to enter play areas to supervise young children.
Nappy changing and the use of potties are confined to the baby changing area. Nappies should be placed in the bin provided.
Please remove shoes before entering play areas. Socks must be worn at all times in play areas to avoid friction burns.
We recommend children wearing long sleeves and long trousers on the play equipment to avoid friction burns. Clothes with ropes and cords should not be worn.
No sharp objects, including jewellery and badges must be taken into the play areas.
Children are prohibited from climbing on the netted walls and/ or the system structure.
Children should not climb up the slides or play at the exit of the slides to reduce the risk of injury.
Children should be encouraged to wash their hands and use the toilet before entering the play area.
Please report any accidents or injuries to a member of staff to ensure all necessary assistance is provided. These will be logged and are an important part of ongoing safety audits.
Only food and drink purchased at KC is permitted to be consumed in the centre.
Food, drinks and chewing gum are strictly forbidden to be taken into the play area.
Please inform staff of any spillages.
Children who are unwell or have been unwell within the last 48 hours should not visit the centre.
Adults must report any behavioural concerns to a member of staff to deal with appropriately.
Parents and guardians should note that while every consideration has been given to children’s safety, Kingdom Come cannot be held responsible for any accidents which may occur as a result of children playing on the equipment.
