COVID INFORMATION

Over the last few months we have been working hard to introduce lots changes at KC in line with Welsh Government recommendations. This includes new processes, IT systems and cleaning devices to ensure the highest hygiene standards are maintained. 
The new limit of six people (who must all belong to same extended household group), will apply in our centre. The rule will not apply to children aged 11 or under.

Please do not visit us at the moment if you are living in one of the local lock down areas.

Here are some of the measures we now have in place

ADULTS AND CHILDREN AGED 11

Will be required to adhere to social distancing in Kingdom Come.

ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM

WE HAVE TIMED SESSIONS

Two hourly sessions with thirty minutes in between to clean. Once you have booked your slot please ensure you do not turn up before your allocated time.

REDUCED THE CAPACITY

QUEUING SYSTEM

For entry, café and toilet area with 2 metre distancing floor markings in place for all adults to adhere to social distancing.

ON DISPLAY

All information will be on display around centre and a copy will be on each table for you to familiarise yourself.

SANITISER STATIONS

Are placed around the centre for your use.

FACE MASK

We are currently still recommending adults and children over 11 wear a face covering at ALL times when they are not seated.

REDUCED MENU

We have a reduced menu at present.

Terms and conditions of general play session

Please do not attend if you or any family members are showing signs of illness.

Two hour play session. Each group will be allocated a table on arrival.

All bookings are non-refundable. 

If you need to change your original date or time it must be done 24 hours before the session you have booked.

Sessions will run within a strict timetable. Please arrive at the booked time slot.

Kingdom Come will keep personal details for 21 days in accordance with track and trace system.

Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.

We do not permit the consumption of food and drinks which have not been purchased at Kingdom Come.

Adults and children aged 11 year old and over, must wear a face covering when entering the play structure.
