TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTY
Minimum number of children required at least three days before party.
Final payment will be required at least three days before the party. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for party guests if they do not show up on the day – this is due to extra staff placed on the rota to accommodate your party and the food already purchased and prepared in advance.
Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements at least three days before party.
Party organiser to arrive five minutes before the party start time. Guests will not be allowed entry before the party start time.
Cancellation Policy – No refund will be given (if the party has been paid) if cancelling less than three days before.
You can get a refund if you wish to cancel the party with more than three days before the party (minus the non-refundable deposit).
If you bring a birthday cake, we can happily cut the cake for you. If you wish, we can cut the cake and wrap it and put it into party bags (party bags provided by the party organiser).
Party guests under 12months will be free of charge for your party. Please tell us how many children under 12 months that will be attending.
Please provide a list of party guests on arrival and identify the children with allergies or dietary requirements.
Any siblings arriving with a party guest will need to pay entry price on arrival – please make parents of party guests aware of this.
Please ensure that all guests follow the Rules of Play when using the soft play facilities. Our rules of play are advertised in the venue and online.
No food or drinks purchased outside of the venue is to be brought in.
