KINGDOM COME RULES OF PLAY

Parents and Guardians MUST:

Accept full responsibility for the supervision of children. Children must always be supervised whilst on our premises and using our play equipment.

Always remain on site. Kingdom Come does not accept responsibility for the supervision of children.

Monitor their children to ensure that they are using the equipment correctly and safely.

Explain the rules of play to the children and ensure all rules are followed.

Ensure children do not climb up the netting, play structure or slides.

Ensure age restrictions are followed within the play structures. The large play structure to be used for children up to eleven years old. The small play structure to be used by children up to four years old. Responsible adults are permitted to enter play areas to supervise children.

Ensure that all children are supervised when using the toilets.

Report any incidents, accidents or injuries to a member of staff immediately to ensure all necessary assistance is provided. These will be logged and are an important part of ongoing safety audits.

Report any behavioural concerns to a member of staff

Please note that while every consideration has been given to children’s safety, Kingdom Come cannot be held responsible for any accidents which may occur as a result of children playing on the equipment.

Anyone who enters the centre MUST follow the following rules and guidelines:

Only children eleven years old or younger may enter and use the play structures, along with adults over the age of eighteen years old.

All children may only use the facility when accompanied by a responsible adult. 

Please remove shoes before entering play areas. Socks MUST be worn at all times in the lay areas to avoid friction burns.

There must be at least one responsible adult for every four children.

It is recommended that children wear long sleeves and long trousers on the play equipment to avoid friction burns. Clothes with ropes or cords should NOT be worn.

NO jewellery, badges or headbands should be worn or taken into the play structures.

Children are prohibited from climbing on the netted walls and the play structure.

Children should not climb up the slides or play at the exits of the slides to reduce the risk of injury.

Children should be encouraged to wash their hands and use the toilet before entering the play area.

Only food and drink purchased at Kingdom Come is permitted to be consumed in the centre.

Food, drinks and chewing gum are strictly forbidden o be taken into the play area.

Please inform staff of any spillages.

Nappy changing and the use of potties are confined to the baby changing area. Nappies should be placed in the bins provided.

Children who are unwell or have been unwell within the last 48 hours should not visit the centre.

Kingdom Come is a strictly no smoking or vaping venue.
